Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sound System Specialist to join our team in Japan. As a key member of our application team, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our clients and end-users.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the success of our clients' projects at every stage through a premium customer experience. This includes providing sound system design support to venues, system engineers, audio consultants, and architects using our proprietary software: Soundvision.

You will also provide on-site support to system and mixing engineers during festivals, tours, special events, musicals, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sound System Design and Specification: Provide sound system design, specification, and documentation for install and touring applications.
  • Commissioning and Verification: Conduct sound system commissioning, measurement, and verification.
  • Training and Presentations: Develop and deliver training programs and technical presentations to promote our products and services.
  • Technical Support: Provide written technical mission reports and support for products, applications, safe operation, and software.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience in the Pro Audio industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Japanese Installation and Touring Pro Audio market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of Japanese and proficient in English.
