We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to assume a critical role in our cross-border venture capital firm. As a Fund Controller, you will oversee fund operations, reporting, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fund Financial Management: Assist in managing capital calls, distributions, management fees, and investor allocations.
  • Support day-to-day accounting and finance across multiple VC funds and feeder structures.
  • Prepare quarterly NAV calculations and LP reports, liaising with external administrators and auditors.
  • Coordinate with tax advisors on filings and compliance.
  • Track and update financial metrics for portfolio companies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; CPA/CA/CFA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of experience in fund accounting or finance, ideally with exposure to private equity, venture capital, or fund administration.
  • Solid understanding of fund structures across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., Cayman, Singapore VCC, DIFC).
  • Hands-on experience with NAV calculations, LP reporting, and fund operations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
