Job Summary

This position requires a strong background in consulting, with a focus on client retention and growth strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business outcomes, leading high-performing teams, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating leadership qualities and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Balancing multiple responsibilities and tasks, prioritizing projects to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless execution of client-related initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments and solution lines.
  • Promote Aon United's values and goals, championing cross-functional cooperation and knowledge sharing.
  • Nurture direct client relationships with corporate clients and high-touch regional/global clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Gather market intelligence on clients' needs and competitors' developments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Support the team by participating in complex client meetings, ensuring meeting minutes are prepared and follow-up actions are completed.
Requirements
  • Meet regulatory requirements for registration as a Broking and FA rep with MAS.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience as a consultant or account manager in the Health & Benefits Industry, working with multinational clients across sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong client management skills, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Showcase ability to influence key stakeholders internally and externally, promoting business growth and success.
  • Maintain self-discipline and organization, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on service excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
