Job Title: Murex Front Office Stream Lead

Upskills is seeking a highly skilled Murex Front Office Stream Lead to join our team of experts in financial software consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Murex Front Office consultants to successfully implement client's Front Office requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse business processes and functional requirements to drive the delivery of relevant user requirements documentation.
  • Work hands-on with Murex Front Office to configure and test to ensure business requirements are met.
  • Support clients with the development of their own internal project plan, including the identification of key setup and configuration tasks, scope considerations, timeline, etc.
  • Manage, train, and mentor junior Murex front office consultants.
  • Assist in system integration, data migration, and implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master Degree, preferably from Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Business, or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of Murex Front Office experience working in the capital markets industry.
  • Strong working experience on Murex Front Office (Pricing, Simulation, Pretrade).
  • Strong knowledge and functional experience on at least 2 asset classes. E.g. FX MM, IRD, EQD.
  • Past experience in Murex front office projects (implementation/migration/upgrade etc.) within a bank.
  • Experience writing functional and business specifications with the ability to map conceptual financial and business elements to practical system capabilities.
  • Possessing management experience and keen interest to lead a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to handle priorities and manage business expectations.
  • Strong and demonstrable problem-solving/analytical skills.
