Salary Information
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package, comprising a base salary of SGD 120,000 per annum, along with an uncapped quarterly bonus that can potentially reach up to SGD 60,000 annually. Additionally, they will receive employee stock options as part of their compensation package.

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to join our dynamic team As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by leading your region/team to meet and exceed sales targets through effective leadership, performance management, and strategic planning. Your team will include our Real Estate Consultants, who are at the heart of our business, supported by state-of-the-art technological tools. You will need to ensure close collaboration with teams across the company to guarantee a high volume of deals entering your pipeline are handled with urgency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by leading your region/team to meet and exceed sales targets;
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of top-performing Real Estate Consultants, promoting a culture of success and continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate with your team to strategize and close high-value deals;
  • Work with other department leaders to improve products and boost market reach, aligning efforts with business goals;
  • Use analytics and CRM tools to manage sales forecasts, pipeline activities, and territory planning;
  • Lead by example, focusing on results, holding your team accountable to goals while maintaining high morale and performance;
  • Ensure exceptional service by addressing client issues, gathering feedback, and aligning service delivery with our mission.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who possesses excellent leadership skills, a strong ability to work with data, and a proven track record in managing high-performance teams. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have outstanding communication skills, and be able to motivate and inspire others to achieve exceptional results. A background in real estate or knowledge of the industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
