Job Title: Procurement Professional
Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized procurement professional to assist in sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, evaluating offers, and negotiating prices and terms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers for purchase orders;
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs;
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as project/site teams, finance, and warehouse;
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and delivery confirmations;
- Prepare reports and support the purchasing team with administrative and compliance-related tasks;
- Conduct market research on pricing trends and supplier performance and recommend cost-saving initiatives;
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.
Additional requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Procurement, or a related field, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
