About the Role

Neuron Mobility's Product Designing Internship is an exciting opportunity for students or recent graduates to work with our product team in a rapidly evolving environment. As a Product Designer, you will contribute to the development of our Neuron App, working on a range of research and designing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent research on competitive analysis, social listening, and benchmark studies.
  • Communicate findings and generate actionable insights to inform product decisions.
  • Define a repository to consolidate product discovery insights for internal and external users.
  • Evaluate the usability of product flows and functionalities, validating hypotheses with research and data.
  • Update design documentation, product pattern libraries, and asset libraries.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, and product management teams.
  • Prepare design handoff items for implementation and provide feedback on coded products.

Requirements

  • Academic background in a related field, such as social sciences, research, ethnography, HCI, or design.
  • Prior experience in research projects or assignments is an advantage.
  • Interest in UX research and product design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Able to derive insights from complex information and large datasets.
  • Naturally curious and able to ask and answer product and user experience-related questions.
  • Highly accountable, independent, organized, and resourceful.
  • Open-minded and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new concepts and skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
  • Ability to respond positively to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • Decent understanding of web and mobile UI interactions and/or coding environments.
  • Full-time or part-time internship, with a preferred duration of 3-6 months.
