Payroll Specialist and Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist and Administrator to join our team at MCI Career Services Pte. Ltd. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for contractors with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams on payroll and billing matters
• Generate and tally monthly payroll and billing reports (margin analysis)
• Ensure all payroll payments comply with regulatory guidelines
• Assist in implementing new payroll systems and processes
• File tax-related documents such as IR21 and IR8A
• Submit NS make-up pay claims and insurance claims
• Manage CPF refunds and adjustments
Requirements:
• Diploma holder in Accounts or Finance; CAT or LCCI holder preferred
• Ability to handle high-volume requirements and tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Employment Act and payroll processes
• At least 1-3 years of payroll and HR experience
• Proficiency in payroll software and Excel advantageous
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
