Job Overview

The Payments Experience team is responsible for the payment and funds flow experience of Grab's apps, as well as online and offline acceptance of GrabPay payment methods.

The team aims to build innovative payment products that make a meaningful impact on consumers' lives.

  • Manage the acquiring experience for QR and online acceptance regionally for end consumers (end users, driver partners, merchant partners)
  • Develop and drive product vision and strategy for QR and online acceptance acquiring across all countries, aligning it with Grab and Grab Financial overall strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising senior engineers, designers, data analysts, and business professionals

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies for acquiring experiences across multiple regions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements
  • Design and implement experiments to measure the effectiveness of product changes

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • At least 7 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in the payments or fintech industry and ideally in B2C segment
  • Strong understanding of payment & fintech ecosystem and trends in SEA, as well as fund flow mechanisms
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling payment products
  • Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
