We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Strategist to join our team at NTU.

As a Senior Learning Strategist, you will play a key role in collaborating with faculties to design and develop cutting-edge blended learning experiences. You will also provide strategic guidance for implementing innovative digital teaching and learning practices across NTU.

Key responsibilities will include assessing faculty capability development needs through qualitative and quantitative data analysis, informing your work in designing, developing, and evaluating learner-centered blended learning experiences and fostering assessment literacy.

You will also research, develop, and present evidence-based and innovative design solutions with the project team to stakeholders. You will research and evaluate frameworks and educational technology tools for implementation to optimize and innovate teaching, learning, and assessment practices in NTU.

Other responsibilities will include carrying out action research, conceptualizing frameworks and methodologies, designing evaluation instruments, gathering and analyzing data, formulating decisions to improve the effectiveness of learning experiences, and contributing to special projects on teaching and learning.

Requirements
  • A University degree, preferably in Instructional Design, Education or Learning Sciences and Technologies. A master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design, teaching and learning, within a higher educational setting or with adult learners. Proven ability to manage successful learning projects.
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in instructional design, teaching, learning, and the adult education landscape.
  • Possess a proven track record of managing complex learning projects.
  • Demonstrate experience in a mentorship role and in leading complex projects.
  • Expert knowledge of applying Adult Learning theories in the design of Blended Learning experiences.
  • Possess strong research skills.
  • Proven track record in designing and facilitating faculty development workshops for diverse audiences.
  • Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of emerging educational technologies for teaching and learning.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously and consistently deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience in facilitating both face-to-face and online sessions.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management System and a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new tools and processes with minimal support.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently yet also a strong team player.
  • A strong desire to learn, acquire, and share new knowledge.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
