This role involves working closely with business units to comprehend their hiring requirements and devise innovative talent attraction strategies.
The selected candidate will craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that effectively communicate the organization's culture, values, and opportunities.
The primary responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates through various methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
Strategic alliances with educational institutions and government agencies are also a key part of this role.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR partners to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the overall recruitment process.
Key performance indicators will be regularly tracked and reported to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing recruitment strategies.
Cross-functional teams will be supported to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Staying informed about relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices is crucial.
Analysing data to drive and influence business unit decisions with innovative talent attraction strategies is also required.
Additional duties may include supporting HR digital transformation projects.
Requirements include a min degree in human resources or similar and at least 5 yrs of relevant recruitment experience preferably in healthcare/public sector.
