Lead end-to-end architecture design and implementation of large-scale distributed systems, including technology selection, core module development, and performance optimization to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

Implement microservices architecture using Spring Cloud ecosystem for complex business scenarios.

Technical Leadership & Team Management

Drive technology roadmaps, enforce coding standards, and optimize DevOps workflows to elevate team capabilities.

C coordinate cross-functional collaboration and manage project delivery;

Business-Driven Technical Solutions

Design compliant technical solutions for cross-border finance scenarios aligned with regulations;

Explore cloud-native technologies and automated Ops tools in financial systems;

Continuous Innovation & Mentorship

Stay updated on emerging technologies and lead internal tech-sharing sessions to foster a learning culture.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;
  • 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience;
Technical Expertise:
  • Mastery of Java core features and deep understanding of Spring Framework internals;
  • Proficiency in Spring Cloud Alibaba ecosystem and distributed system design;
  • Experience with middleware: RocketMQ/Kafka, Redis, MySQL/PostgreSQL;
  • Strong knowledge of distributed system principles and performance tuning in high-concurrency scenarios;
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in cross-border finance;
  • Proven track record in designing core systems for listed companies;
  • Technical management experience;
  • Continuous learner with active contributions to GitHub/Stack Overflow/technical blogs or open-source projects;
