Job Title">

Maintain mechanical equipment and facilities to ensure the manufacturing of all company products in a safe and sanitary work environment;
Complete all planned or unplanned maintenance and repair activities on a wide range of equipment (e.g. pumps, tanks, piping, valves) as assigned;
Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors;
Fault-finding and repair of plant, systems, and equipment;
Participate in risk assessments as part of permit-to-work preparation;
Interpret technical drawings and prepare reports on work done;
Special projects and other responsibilities as determined;
Perform minor piping fabrication and modification;
Maintain machine shop tools and equipment such as welding sets, working tooling, lifting gear, etc.;
Support equipment inspection with vendor representatives on tanks, columns, pipelines, and centrifuges;
Rebuild valves, pumps, gearboxes, and drives;
Perform predictive maintenance activities e.g. vibration monitoring, infrared thermography, etc;
Complete all required in-house training in a timely manner;
Adhere to and comply with SHE rules;
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of works and/or services;
All other duties and activities as directed by supervisor.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent;
Class 3 driving license is an added advantage;
Able to work 44 hours a week;
Highly preferable with equipment maintenance experience in water and waste-water treatment industries or chemical process industries;
Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
