Chief Innovation Officer

We are seeking a visionary Senior Director to drive innovation and technology development across the organization.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader who can formulate and implement group innovation strategies, frameworks, and processes. You will be responsible for running the Group Innovation Strategy and Program Office, facilitating the implementation of group innovation frameworks and processes, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading the evaluation of new technologies and industry initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute group innovation strategies, frameworks, and processes.
- Run the Group Innovation Strategy and Program Office to facilitate group innovation framework and process implementation.
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and monitor their progress.
- Evaluate new technologies and industry initiatives to identify opportunities for growth.
- Liaise with vendors to gather information and views on emerging technologies.
- Engage with subject matter experts to assess new technologies and identify potential applications.
- Lead group innovation initiatives and ensure successful outcomes.
- Coordinate and manage innovation labs, trials, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Pursue strategic technology partnerships and alliances with vendors, operators, academia, and research bodies.
- Drive partnership work and engagement across the organization to achieve partnership outcomes.
We're looking for someone with expertise in cutting-edge RAN systems, O-RAN, Cloud/Virtual RAN, and AI-RAN technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing advanced AI systems to assess and enhance RAN innovation.
You'll play a critical role in identifying and integrating transformative technologies, maximizing network efficiency, scalability, and differentiation. Your goal will be to ensure seamless adoption and optimal performance of these cutting-edge technologies.
Your efforts will lead to significant business value creation through innovation and technology advancements.
