Ballet Instructor Wanted: Inspire Children Through Dance

We are seeking a skilled ballet instructor to teach students of various ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop customized lesson plans focusing on technique, choreography, rhythm, and body awareness.
  • Create a positive and encouraging learning environment fostering creativity, self-confidence, and a love for dance.
  • Regularly assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.
  • Prepare students for performances or personal milestones offering guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with families to keep them informed about their child's progress and discuss ways to support learning at home.
  • Stay updated on current trends and best practices in dance education incorporating new techniques and styles into lessons.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in ballet with a strong understanding of technique and choreography.
  • Previous experience teaching dance to children is highly desirable.
  • A relevant degree or certification in dance education or performance is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient and encouraging approach to teaching.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • A passion for inspiring children through dance and fostering their creativity and self-expression.
