Process Engineering Opportunity

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology in etching process engineering.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage automated chemical surface treatment and equipment operation, including procurement, maintenance, and inventory management of etching consumables, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Develop and implement effective production strategies to meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Closely collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide production support and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical, etching, or metallization surface treatment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is required to support interactions with Chinese-speaking colleagues and clients.
