Project Estimator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented project estimator for precision cost planning on major industrial and high-tech construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain knowledge and strategic estimating capability across civil, structural, and architectural packages.

Responsibilities include defining the scope of work by analyzing tender documents, technical drawings, and design specifications.

  • Perform take-offs for concrete works, structural steel, partitions, façades, and architectural finishes.
  • Build cost estimates using first-principle methodologies aligned with current market rates.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to validate material rates and negotiate pricing.
  • Integrate project cost data into bid submissions while coordinating across engineering and procurement teams.
  • Support governance standards and mentor junior estimators while maintaining accurate pricing libraries.

Requirements:

  • Possess a degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline with 3–5 years of experience in project estimation.
  • Demonstrate expertise across construction and industrial projects, supporting complex scopes and scale.
  • Be proficient in first-principle pricing, cost planning, and full-cycle estimation from early works to architectural finishes.
  • Have experience in stakeholder coordination and consolidation of estimates across design, commercial, and procurement domains.
