Job Title: Key Account Sales and Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Sales and Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Planning & Targets: Develop and execute annual sales plans to meet and exceed targets, focusing on key accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Customer Collaboration: Partner with customers to anticipate and fulfill their material needs, particularly in food packaging materials.
- Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to meet customer specifications and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Customer Care: Address and resolve customer feedback, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Logistics & Support: Collaborate with sales admin and logistics teams to ensure smooth, on-time shipments and efficient supply chain management.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare insightful sales and marketing reports on business updates or proposals to the management.
- Payment Management: Oversee timely payment collection from customers.
- Global Outreach: Travel overseas to strengthen customer relationships and deliver value-added services.
- Technical Support: Liaise with Japan HQ for technical guidance and quality control solutions.
- Supplier Performance: Ensure top-tier service and product quality from all suppliers.
- Product Innovation: Present new products and packaging solutions to clients.
- Negotiations: Secure favorable pricing and trading terms with suppliers.
- Sourcing: Identify new products, solutions, and suppliers to drive growth and cost efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers. A Class 3A driving license and proficiency in SAP would be an advantage. Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum.
