    • Participate in curriculum improvements and deliver course content in alignment with industry standards.
    • Facilitate manual and digital assessments to evaluate learner performance and progress.
    • Evaluate learner performance against specified course objectives.
  • Assessment Integrity
    • Ensure assessment integrity by following WSQ guidelines and internal policies.
    • Evaluate learner responses accurately.
    • Verify that all questions are answered and attempted by learners.
    • Document oral recovery sessions transparently and consistently.
  • Administrative Responsibilities
    • Complete Assessment Summary Records (ASRs) and other required documentation.
    • Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and learner data.
    • Provide feedback on training materials.
  • Learner Support and Engagement
    • Offer constructive feedback on assessments.
    • Address learner concerns professionally.
    • Foster inclusivity and respect in the classroom.
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in ongoing professional development.
    • Report non-compliance or assessment issues promptly.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Collaborate with trainers and operational teams to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
