About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and passionate educator to join our preschool team as an Early Childhood Educator. As a key member, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, supporting language development, observing and documenting children's progress, and building positive relationships with families and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and facilitate age-appropriate English lessons in line with our curriculum.
  • Support Language Development: Guide children in early literacy and communication skills using phonics, reading, and structured activities.
  • Observe, Document & Report: Monitor and record children's learning progress and development milestones.
  • Build Positive Relationships: Collaborate with families and team members to support holistic child development.
  • Maintain a Safe, Inclusive Environment: Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness while fostering a nurturing atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent qualification.
  • ECDA Certified (L2).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant preschool teaching experience.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Creative, resourceful, and passionate about early childhood education.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
