Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Inspector/TPI to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing activities based in Singapore for subsea wellhead rental tools (inspection, assembly, and testing).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Witnessing of inspection, assembly, and testing of drilling and completion equipment
  • Ensuring compliance to industry standards, including but not limited to Drill String Inspection requirements, OCTG threading and make-up, Contractors in-house procedures, Industry standards, COMPANY GROUP Specific work instructions/standards
  • Witnessing of equipment inspection, servicing, assembly, testing, and functional checks on Specialty rental tools such as downhole motors, MWD/LWD equipment, jars, reamers, circulating sub, cementing downhole tools, retrievable bridge plugs, storm valve, etc.
  • Reporting any major concerns and non-conformity activities observed during the inspection or audit directly to Elsa Talent's quality management engineer before proceeding with the critical workshop activity as per agreed control point.

Requirements:

  • Certified with valid DS-1 Vol 3&4 standards and ASNT level 2 certifications
  • Minimum of five (5) surveillance inspections performed based on DS-1 Vol 3/4 standards on Drillstring, OCTG, and/or well construction equipment
