We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is a critical role that requires attention to detail and the ability to ensure high-quality products.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining our product's quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing inspection methodologies and metrology techniques.
- Conducting first article, prototype, and production inspections to guarantee adherence to specifications.
- Planning and estimating inspection times to optimize efficiency.
- Controlling non-conformance and ensuring timely resolution of quality issues.
- Training and supporting inspectors to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Supporting customer reporting and documentation requirements.
- Performing other tasks as required by your superior or the company.
To be considered for this position, you must possess:
- A degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant work experience or past similar job experience can be considered if you don't have the above-mentioned qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in inspection or quality control in precision machining.
- Experience with CMM inspection systems and measurement programming tools.
- The ability to make independent judgments during final inspections and verification tasks.
