Job Title: Facilities Management Professional
Job DescriptionThe Facilities Management Trainee plays a pivotal role in learning and developing essential skills in the facilities management industry. As a trainee, you will work closely with an experienced facilities management team and gain hands-on experience in various areas of facilities management.
- Proactively manage and ensure timely execution of facilities preventive & corrective maintenance and renovation/improvement works for offices and workshops in the plant.
- Ensure purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) are raised and executed on time, with all jobs closed promptly in compliance with finance and procurement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Understand company policies governing the utilisation of capital expenditure budgets and fixed assets depreciation.
- Support other sections by providing facilities information.
- Report to the facilities manager and update regularly on the status of ongoing works.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Advance Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
