Virtual Pain Management Coach

We're seeking a skilled Virtual Pain Management Coach to join our team. As a coach, you'll work with clients to develop personalized pain management plans, utilizing your expertise in corrective exercise and fitness to improve their quality of life.
Your role will involve conducting assessments, designing workout programs, and providing ongoing support to ensure client success. You'll also be responsible for documenting and refining protocols, as well as collaborating with our marketing team to share success stories.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective pain management plans for clients
- Conduct assessments and design workout programs tailored to individual needs
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients
- Document and refine protocols for consistency and scalability
- Collaborate with marketing team to share success stories and promote services
- At least 1 year of experience in corrective-exercise, fitness or sports-science roles
- Grasp of kinesiology, posture assessment & program design
- Comfortable with Google Sheets dashboards, basic CRM tools, and video conferencing software
- Certifications such as ACE, NASM, CSCS, CPT
- Experience in online-coaching platforms
- Familiarity with video-based learning systems or AI-powered workout tools
- Background in women's health, menopause or chronic-pain populations
