Product Planning Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversight of Sales Portfolio: Provides strategic guidance to drive substantial growth of Electric Vehicles (EV) in a designated market.
  2. Strategic Planning: Defines the product branding position, market segment, and action plan to achieve sales objectives.
  3. Product Line-Up and Unique Selling Points: Develops product line-up and unique selling points (USPs) of all car models.
  4. Market Monitoring: Continuously monitors market conditions and competitor activities, analyzing and recommending strategies to improve sales performance.
  5. Target Setting: Prepares yearly targets and sales plans (yearly and periodic forecasts).
  6. Collaboration: Works closely with distributors and customers to grow sales pipelines and develop marketing and CRM activities for passenger vehicles.
  7. Pricing and Specification Management: Develops products and enhances competitiveness through effective pricing, specification management, and targeted communication in respective markets.
  8. Synergy and Alignment: Liaises with other departments to ensure synergy and alignment between sales and other functions scope.

 

Requirements:

  1. Class 3 Driving License: Possesses a valid Class 3 driving license.
  2. Bachelor's Degree: Holds a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  3. Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, product planning, pricing, and connectivity within the automotive industry.
  4. Linguistic Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English languages.
  5. Communication Skills: Proficient in communicating relevant information to all levels within an organization.
  6. Team Player: A good team-player with strong negotiation, networking, and client-retention skills.
