Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Child Development Lead to join our team at SKOOL4KIDZ PTE. LTD.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a secure environment for infants and toddlers through nurturing respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships. They will implement developmentally appropriate curricula and programmes, building trusting and respectful relationships and partnerships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement curriculum and programmes that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Develop routine caregiving approaches, lesson experiences and learning materials that promote cognitive, emotional and physical growth.
  • Create developmentally appropriate materials and resources that support the learning process.
  • Document children's learning and development, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Build respectful, responsive and reciprocal relationships with families, establishing open lines of communication.
  • Review health, safety, nutritional and hygiene practices to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Working Relationships
  • Establish strong relationships with families, building trust and rapport.
  • Cordinate activities with families and community stakeholders, promoting collaboration and mutual understanding.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare or early childhood education.
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
