Our company is seeking a skilled Drafter Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent drafting skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The key responsibilities of this role include reading and understanding engineering drawings, preparing shop drawings, fabrication drawings, as-built drawings, cutting lists for fabrication, and other support drawings for site and production. Additionally, the successful candidate will be familiar with AutoCad drafting and BIM design tools, Revit (3D), and able to use Excel for data tabulation.
In terms of qualifications, the ideal candidate will have relevant designing experience in Facade, Cladding, Doors, and Windows. They will also be able to liaise with main contractors and site personnel, and possess proficiency in English and Mandarin. A minimum Diploma in Architectural or equivalent is required, along with at least 3 years' experience as a drafter. The successful candidate will be able to work 5.5 days per week and must be proficient in using various software and tools related to the job description.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent drafting skills
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
- Proficiency in AutoCad drafting and BIM design tools, Revit (3D)
- Ability to use Excel for data tabulation
- Relevant designing experience in Facade, Cladding, Doors, and Windows
- Liaising with main contractors and site personnel
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Minimum Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience as a drafter
