Electrical Engineer Role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on equipment testing and startup. The role involves pre-energization inspection, electrical maintenance of all equipment, field modification of equipment, and equipment testing and commissioning.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning skills, with the ability to liaise with customers and vendors on all technical and commercial aspects of the project.

  • Pre-energization inspection and reporting
  • Equipment testing and startup (Local & Overseas)
  • Electrical maintenance and repair of all equipment
  • Field modification and upgrade of equipment
  • Equipment testing, commissioning, and start-up procedures
  • Project planning, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities
  • Liaising with customers and vendors on all technical and commercial aspects of the project
  • Attending and conducting FAT for switchgear and transformer
  • Inspecting works by subcontractors to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Testing, commissioning, and maintenance of main switch board, switchgear, control relay panel, DC charger and battery bank, power cable, power transformers, protective relays, motor control center, starting transformer, and capbank
  • Modifying and commenting schematic drawings and troubleshooting technical problems at site
  • Leading technicians to perform testing works at site
