Job Title:
Senior Process Biotechnologist

Our team is seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Process Biotechnologist to join our value stream. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of bulk drug substances meets established timing and quality standards.

  • Operations: You will participate in the preparation, operation, and completion of assigned process stages, adhering to cGMP and safety requirements.
  • Ensure good housekeeping of associated production facilities, maintaining them in good operational order in line with cGMP, safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Identify areas for improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Participate in commissioning and qualification activities as required.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned by the N+1.

Planning: Assist Lead Biotechnologist or Shift Supervisor or Operations Superintendent in detailed team operations planning, following day-to-day planning and training new joiners.

Training & Development: Ensure yourself trained/qualified in current effective SOPs and OJT in accordance with assigned training curricula prior to commencing operation.

Key Responsibilities: To provide guidance and support to new joiner, ensure his/her smooth transition to the new environment, and develop yourself as a process SME.
