Pilates Instructors and Personal Trainers

We are seeking highly skilled, motivated, and enthusiastic professionals to join our dynamic team as Pilates Instructors and Personal Trainers.

As a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer at our esteemed organization, you will have the opportunity to work with clients of various fitness levels, providing personalized instruction, guidance, and support in achieving their health and wellness goals.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be able to foster a positive and motivating class environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes with precision and creativity

  • Provide clear instructions, modifications, and hands-on adjustments for clients of all levels

  • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and motivating class environment

  • Collaborate on social media content to build your personal brand and showcase Pilates as a fun, challenging, and rewarding practice

  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe studio space

  • Participate in community events, workshops, and special fitness programs

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive Compensation Package

Our compensation package includes:

  • Flexible hours that prioritize both your sessions and content creation

  • Expected to be present for classes, personal training sessions, and key events

  • Remuneration: from $40 per session (1 hour) for Personal Trainers, and from $50 per session (1 hour) for Pilates Instructors

  • Additional perks: FREE gym membership during employment, access to FREE Pilates classes, performance-based bonuses, opportunities to conduct workshops or cross-train for additional income, and connections to freelance gigs at other clubs
