Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-time Retail Executive to join our team at Lovet (S) Pte Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Manage the store's inventory, visual merchandising, and ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers.
  • Cash Handling and Customer Service: Process payments, exchanges, and returns, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stock Management: Coordinate with the in-house driver and operations team to replenish stocks and transfer items from the main warehouse.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct weekly stock-takes to ensure inventory accuracy and make adjustments as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry or a related field/skill.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with customers and staff.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Additional Skills: Experience in the fast fashion industry and e-commerce/similar is preferred, as well as the ability to work independently, handle pressure, and effectively manage challenging situations.
Working Arrangements:

Part-timers are required to commit at least 2-3 shifts per week with 1 compulsory weekend shift.
