At P-Serv Pte Ltd, we are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance and Control professional to lead our quality initiatives. In this challenging role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our quality program across various activities in the Division/Department/Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and implement quality programs that meet the Division/Department/Project objectives and goals
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies on standards and requirements
  • Plan and implement quality control inspections in Division/Department/Project
  • Schedule and perform quality audits on Division/Department/Project quality programs
  • Identify and record any problems relating to products, processes, or quality systems
  • Initiate solutions to product and process quality issues through designated channels
  • Verify implementation of solutions to any problems relating to products, processes, or quality systems
  • Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until non-conformities identified have been corrected
  • Lead the IRIS audit requirements for the Division level

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in handling Railways Electromechanical system Quality Assurance, especially in Platform Screen Door
