Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Growth: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the medical device market, including retailers, healthcare providers, and direct consumers.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent service and support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Expertise: Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the clients' medical devices, effectively communicating their benefits to prospective customers.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals, utilizing market research and competitive analysis.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales goals. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Knowledge of the medical device industry and a passion for health and wellness are highly desirable.
