Veterinary Nurse - Internal Medicine

The Internal Medicine team specializes in diagnosing and formulating treatment plans for pets with complex medical conditions. Led by our experienced Board-certified Specialist, the team utilizes advanced diagnostic techniques to investigate and develop treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions.

The team works closely with other departments such as Surgery and Emergency and Critical Care to ensure the best possible patient outcome.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of veterinary nursing experience with strong animal handling skills
  • Prior experience in Internal Medicine is advantageous
  • Ability to set up, clean, and maintain medical equipment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to assist the Specialist in prioritizing tasks
  • Strong work ethic, a commitment to teamwork, and a patient-centered approach
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
