Job Opportunity: RPA Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Project Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, process analysis and automation lifecycle, and RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. They will also be required to design, build, test, and implement RPA solutions, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for automation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. You will also be expected to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and support project managers in managing project timelines, quality, and client relationships.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in RPA projects.
  • Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
  • Strong understanding of process analysis and automation lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
