About the Role

This is a full-time position located in Singapore, providing pre-sales support and technical solutions to drive growth and success for the company's virtualization products and services.

  1. Understand customer requirements and map them to appropriate virtualization solutions.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities of the company's virtualization offerings.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and provide technical expertise.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest virtualization technologies, trends and industry developments.
  5. Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  6. Prepare technical proposals, presentations and documentation to support the sales process.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in a presales or technical sales role, preferably in the virtualization domain.
  3. Excellent understanding of virtualization technologies, including VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
  4. Strong technical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, customer-friendly explanations.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels.
  6. Problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and address customer needs.
  7. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
