  • Process all orders (Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders) with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties regarding order processing.
  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Arrange international shipments (by sea and by air).
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Assist in preparing and organizing promotional materials or events.
  • Monitor customer payment status and support the sales team on collections.
  • Maintain accuracy of physical stock and software.
  • Assist warehouse personnel in handling warehousing operations.
  • Generate sales, purchase, and stock-related reports upon request.

**Requirements:**

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field (SCM) is required for this position.
  • Working experience in the wholesale industry is required.
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office.
  • Able to start work immediately or with a short notice period.
