Hygiene Management Role

We seek a highly skilled individual to fill a Hygiene Management role at our esteemed establishment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest level of sanitation and hygiene standards in all Food & Beverage areas and restaurants.
  • Comply with and ensure adherence to local health and food authorities' minimum requirements, as well as company policies.
  • Lead the ISO22000:2018 accreditation and maintenance project to ensure our food safety standard is maintained.
  • Lead a team of Senior Hygienists and Hygienists to ensure all food served to guests and employees is free of contamination.
  • Involved in all aspects of food safety audits in F&B.
  • Oversee off-site production kitchen operations to ensure food manufacturing processes are safe.
  • Conduct training and workshops regularly for team members to maintain hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Inspect the overall process of kitchen operations, including receiving, preparing, cooking, storing, and serving of food and beverage.
  • Liaise with involved authorities for all food safety inspections to be carried out at licensed premises.
  • Ensure all food handlers hold a valid food safety certification.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Food and Beverage Management, Food Science and Technology or other relevant field.
  • Certified competent in WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Level 3 (FHO) and Level 4 (FSMS).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Assistant Hygiene Manager or relevant job function in a 5-star hotel or equivalent restaurant and production kitchen.
  • Experience in certification and accreditation of ISO22000:2018.
