Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Claims Associate to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for processing claim applications, checking for disbursement, and handling exceptions. You will also attend to escalated enquiries on claims, collate data and statistics for regular reporting, and undertake additional tasks as assigned.

  • Process claim applications and checks for disbursement.
  • Handle exceptions and refunds.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for grant-related meetings.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience in claims/grants. You should also possess strong attention to detail, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and strong time management skills.
