Job Description

Senior Finance Manager Position Overview

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in driving long-term financial planning aligned with business goals. You will lead budgeting and forecasting, provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership, and oversee daily finance and accounting operations.

You will be responsible for ensuring regulatory and accounting compliance, managing audits and tax matters, monitoring cash flow, and developing risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, you will support ERP implementation, M&A due diligence, and tax optimization by liaising with legal and business development teams to align financial goals with business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Degree in Accountancy

Experience: At least 10 years of experience in corporate finance, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role

Skills: Strong Finance Business Partnering Experience, Hands-on with strong leadership, Manufacturing MNC exposure
