Event Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Director to join our team at Aspire Global Network PTE. LTD. This exciting role will be responsible for the overall success of our events, leading our sales team, and managing sales agents in key markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of 7-8 years of experience in the exhibitions industry. They will also possess excellent sales, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the exhibitions market.

About the Role
  • Lead the sales team and manage sales agents in Indian, South Korean, and Chinese markets
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure event success and maximize profits
  • Manage sales managers, sales agent network, and sales team
  • Recruit and manage territory sales agents
  • Develop campaign strategies with the sales team
  • Ensure sales plans are delivered to target, budget, and activity targets are met
  • Implement strategies and initiatives for growth and sustainability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 7-8 years of sales experience in exhibitions industry
  • Strong sales track record
  • Prior experience in South Korean and China markets preferred
  • Excellent sales, interpersonal, and negotiation skills required

A competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
