Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on interior products? We are seeking a highly skilled and design-savvy sales professional to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a sales professional, you will be the face of our brand, offering in-depth product knowledge and outstanding customer service to clients exploring our modular cabinetry solutions.

This role combines consultative sales, interior product presentation, and project coordination to help customers bring their vision to life. Your key responsibilities will include greeting and engaging customers, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable cabinetry solutions.

You will also provide product demonstrations, material samples, and design consultations, prepare quotes, process orders, and manage project timelines, maintain showroom appearance, and ensure displays are current and compelling, follow up with leads, and build long-term client relationships, collaborate with the design and operations team for order fulfillment and after-sales service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and engage customers and interior designers in the showroom
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable cabinetry solutions
  • Provide product demonstrations, material samples, and design consultations
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage project timelines
  • Maintain showroom appearance and ensure displays are current and compelling
  • Follow up with leads and build long-term client relationships
  • Collaborate with the design and operations team for order fulfillment and after-sales service

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, interior products, or design consultation (cabinetry or related industries preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Design sensibility and attention to detail
  • Independent with a customer-focused mindset
