">Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align business goals and develop strategic plans for customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage and grow existing loyalty programs, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Coordinate vendor management and project implementation, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Analyze data insights to inform customer segmentation and targeting efforts, driving business growth and revenue expansion.

">Requirements

  • A minimum Dip/Deg holder with at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
  • Proven proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and tools.

An attractive salary package estimated around SGD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
