Job Description

About the Role

SportsXcel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Sports Coach to join our team. As a Multi-Sports Coach, you will be responsible for leading sports classes for children aged 3 to 9 years old.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging sports classes that cater to the needs of our young participants.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote physical activity, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants.
  • Provide guidance and support to assistant coaches to help them develop their coaching skills.
  • Conduct on-the-job training sessions for new coaches to ensure they are equipped to lead classes effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in multi-sports coaching or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality sports programs for children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and adapt to changing training programs.
