  • Master Centre Operations: Take ownership of the centre's smooth running—from managing student records and processing payments with precision to ensuring our learning environment is always perfect.">
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Become a trusted advisor to parents (handling inquiries in both English and Mandarin) and a vital support pillar for our teachers, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.">
  • Champion Continuous Improvement: We value your ideas You'll have the opportunity to identify and implement improvements to our processes and customer experience.">

What We're Looking For (Our Ideal Match):

  • A minimum of a Diploma and 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or operations role.">
  • Essential: Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with our diverse community.">

  • A people-person with a warm, professional demeanour and superb communication skills.">
