Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Manage BIM Data: Ensure that BIM data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project requirements.
  • Create and Maintain Project Templates: Develop and maintain project template files to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate with Disciplines: Collaborate with other disciplines and engineers to resolve clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare Transmittals: Prepare and submit transmittals for drawings and documents to stakeholders.
  • Update Revision Status: Maintain and update the current revision status of drawings and documents.
  • Compile As-Built Drawings: Compile and maintain as-built drawings upon project completion.
  • Minor Coordination: Perform minor coordination of architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
  • Detailing and Documentation: Create detailed and accurate working drawings and documents.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with relevant experience in drafting.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work well in teams and independently, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
