Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery:
    • Provide safe and effective massage therapy treatments to clients according to their needs and preferences.
    • Maintain accurate records of client sessions, including treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Treatment Room Management:
    • Ensure the treatment room is clean, well-organized, and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
    • Restock linens, oils, and other consumables as needed.
  • Client Service:
    • Engage with clients to understand their treatment goals and preferences.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to provide clear instructions and aftercare advice.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications:
    • Valid certification in massage therapy (e.g., RMT, LMT).
    • Diploma or degree in a related field (e.g., anatomy, physiology).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Physical stamina to perform massages for extended periods.
