Job Description

This role is responsible for leading coverage efforts for financial sponsors in Asia, driving business growth and development through strategic relationships and collaborations.

Responsibilities
  • Commercial Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue high-potential business opportunities that align with the bank's strategy and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including CEOs, Chairmen, and other key decision-makers.
  • Provide expertise on structured finance, ECM, DCM, M&A, and Asset-Backed Products to support client needs and drive business growth.
  • Manage and control credit counterparty risk, ensuring that counterparties are properly internally rated and monitored.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and changes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • Significant experience in coverage/origination, with a proven track record of success in FSC clients.
  • Demonstrable network of clients at top levels (CEO, Chairman).
  • Investment Banking expertise - structured finance, ECM, DCM, M&A, Asset-Backed Products (
