Job Description

This role is pivotal in supporting the HR Manager and ensuring smooth office operations.

The Corporate Admin and HR Executive position offers a comprehensive role with a focus on HR and administrative functions. Located in Singapore with an international presence, the role will involve maintaining personnel records, handling the full cycle of recruitment process and selection, work pass administration for foreign employees, leave management, preparing HR reports, and handling claims.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Administration Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a similar field from a reputable institution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining personnel records
  • Handling the full cycle of recruitment process and selection
  • Work pass administration for foreign employees
  • Leave management
  • Preparing HR reports
  • Handling claims

Additionally, the successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of working experience preferably in the service or retail sectors
  • Comfortable with HRM and office software (Microsoft Works and Excel)
  • Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications
