The Hospital seeks a Senior Executive to support the Nursing Administration department in driving process improvements, implementing innovative technologies, and managing training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and administer departmental training programs and operational processes to maintain high standards of performance and competency
- Optimize operational efficiency by conducting comprehensive reviews, standardizing procedures, and streamlining workflows and processes
- Collaborate with various business units and staff members to deliver value-added support and services, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and organizational success
- Liaise with key stakeholders to spearhead the digitalization of work processes and manage technology-related projects, driving innovation and operational excellence
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on cutting-edge technologies to enhance nursing administration processes, improving overall efficiency and patient care
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in healthcare technology and administration, ensuring the department remains at the forefront of industry advancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong IT aptitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and technologies
- Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders
- Proven capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
